Loading & Unloading Zones Along Ayala Avenue (Makati)

If you're not already familiar with Makati, aside from all the one-way streets the whole of Ayala Avenue has designated loading and unloading zones. Ayala Ave. is the busiest street in Makati, that's why this system was implemented back in the late 90s. The fact that the loading/unloading scheme is still in place means that it must be working.

As a commuter, it's important to take note of these loading/unloading areas to avoid missing your stop:

UNLOADING ZONES

a. Glorietta/Rustan's
b. The block between Paseo de Roxas and V.A. Rufino St.

LOADING ZONES

a. Philippine Stock Exchange
b. The block between V.A. Rufino Street and Salcedo Street

This means more walking, but it's healthy and it helps manage the traffic. Refer to the Google Map below for a visual reference (note: you can zoom or unzoom as necessary):

How To Commute to Resorts World Manila from Alabang

Start Point: Alabang-Zapote Road
Go to Route Index

1. Take a jeep to Starmall Alabang.
2. From Starmall, ride the "B" bus and get down at MRT-Ayala (this is easier than going to MRT-Magallanes).
3. From MRT-Ayala, ride the train going to Taft Ave. and get down at Taft Ave. station.
4. Exit the station at the northbound side (where McDonald's is). Enter the passageway beside McDo and look for the NAIA Terminal 3 Loop shuttle. One of the shuttle's stops is Resorts World Manila. The shuttle departs every hour, from 6am to 11pm.

How To Commute To City of Dreams from Katipunan Ave.

Start Point: Katipunan Ave.
Go to Route Index

1. Take the LRT2 from Katipunan to Cubao.
2. Transfer to the MRT3 or from EDSA just ride the bus going straight to SM Mall of Asia (MOA).
3. If you decide to use the MRT3, get down at Taft Ave. station and from there ride the bus going to MOA.
4. At SM Mall of Asia, there is a free shuttle service going to City of Dreams. Below are the schedules of this shuttle service:

How To Commute To FEU Manila from Buendia

1. From Buendia, ride the jeep or bus going to Taft Avenue.
2. Get down at the LRT-1 Gil Puyat station then take the train going to Monumento.
3. Get down at Doroteo Jose station.
4. Ride a jeep headed to Morayta-Gastambide and get off in front of FEU.
